Dietary and Nutritional Consultations are available Wednesday and Fridays by appointment only, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Other days and times for appointments can be arranged also.
Appointments may be made by the individual by phone at 731-772-4110, or by the primary care physician's office.
Consultations are provided by a registered, licensed dietitian/nutritionist and are available to patients with diabetes, heart disease, those interested in weight loss or weight gain, and to children suffering from childhood obesity.
The Haywood Park Cafeteria is open Monday through Friday from 11:30AM to 1:30 PM for staff, visitors and the public. The cafeteria will be closed if staff meetings are scheduled to be held in the cafeteria. At that time we will try to keep this site updated on the dates that the cafeteria will be closed.
